This is my good friend, Ashley!  She just got engaged, so we used this opportunity to do a fashion/engagement shoot.  She's such a beautiful girl and I've been wanting to do a shoot of her for a while.  I was really impressed with her modeling skills!  I can't wait to shoot her wedding.

Such a great couple!  Ashley and Kenny have been dating right at 4 years now and have also been engaged for a few months.  It seems like just yesterday when they met, but I can't wait to see these two tie the knot in May!

These are some good friends, Jackie and Luke, and their adorable new baby, Rosemary (2 months old).  We had a great time doing this shoot and I got to experiment with some new ideas!

This was my second shoot with cute Isabella.  The first shoot was with her sister, but this time, she got to be the main star for her Christmas and birthday pictures.

It's always fun to photograph this family and I'm so happy to finally meet little Chloe Lynn!

What a precious little family!  I'm so glad I got the chance to photograph little Leah.  From what her mommy told her, her dad wasn't too into the idea of having professional pictures taken at first, but after he saw the sneak peek of the pictures we had taken, he was very glad they did it.  I think it's so important to take as many pictures as possible of these little ones because they really do grow up so fast.  I don't have any kids of my own (yet), but I love working with children and I get so attached to them.  Even I get sad when I see them grow up before my very eyes.  I work with 2-year-olds at my church and whenever their birthdays roll around and they turn 3, they move up to the 3-year-old room and I have to say good-bye to them.  Anyway, I'm glad we got some great shots of Leah and I'm sure in a few months we'll be able to do even more with her!

 

I'm so glad to have a flexible schedule this year and be able to enjoy the Christmas season any chance I get.  Here are a few "Christmas-y" pics:

One of my favorite little girls to photograph!  I love getting to see little Piper.  She sure did enjoy the Christmas ornaments.. and that puddle!
